AP Administrator

We are seeking a diligent AP Administrator responsible for validating incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring the timely and precise entry of vendor invoices into the accounts payable system. This role involves preparing accounts payable batches for approval and processing, assisting with vendor statement reconciliation, and maintaining organized files for audit readiness. Additionally, the AP Administrator will support office administrative functions as required.

Responsibilities

Validate incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.Enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system promptly and accurately.Review, verify, and prepare accounts payable batches for approvals and processing.Assist with reconciliation of vendor statements as needed.Maintain organized accounts payable files and documentation for audit readiness.Support office administrative functions, including preparing mail runs and general office administration.

Essential Skills

Experience in accounts payable or an accounting support role is preferred.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, sorting, and filtering.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.Professional communication skills and the ability to interact with employees and vendors.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.04/hr.
