Internship – Talent Solutions Talent Solutions is a business line that helps organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent through innovative strategies and data-driven insights. The Aon Talent Solutions Internship program is designed to fully immerse you in the day-today activities of our Data Solutions business in Malaysia. The program starts with an orientation where you’ll learn about what we do, our culture, as well as the benefits and responsibilities of being a member of Aon. You will also receive task-specific training designed to help you succeed in your role. You will then be immersed into the responsibilities of a full-time Data Solutions employee here at Aon, dealing with client data solicitation, collection & clarification, perform statistical analysis for data engineering and report production as well as build market presence for our consulting data services and maintain high-level client relationships. What the day will look like Take an active role in client account management activities, including soliciting and collecting data submissions for Aon’s Radford McLagan Compensation Database (RMCD) and ensuring accuracy and completeness of client data. Be accountable for RMCD survey operations, which involve data validation, cleaning, and collaborating with clients to resolve data discrepancies and clarifications. Assist in performing statistical analysis using RMCD data on compensation and benefits including providing support in the preparation of reports and insights that help clients make informed decisions. Contribute to research initiatives and develop industry write-ups that highlight trends, benchmarks, and best practices. Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients at executive and management levels, ensuring a high level of service and trust. Support the team in delivering accurate and timely results to clients, maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines. Work closely with experienced consultants, receive day-to-day coaching, and gain exposure to critical challenges faced by clients across diverse industries. Provide assistance on additional tasks or projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to team objectives. Skills and experience that will lead to success: Fresh graduate or final-year student in Business Management, Actuarial Science, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred skills: MS Excel: Ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports to support decision-making and business insights MS PowerPoint: Strong presentation skills to design clear, impactful slides for client meetings, internal reviews, and discussions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work independently when needed, as well as collaborate as part of a team. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Available to commit full-time for a minimum of 3 months.
