About AGCN team in Finland We are 3 Account Executives based in Finland. The team has great client focus, high commitment, responsibility, and openness in the work environment. The Junior Account Executives main task and role is to manage our existing clients with daily service and act as the clients’ first point of contact. We are team-oriented working with colleagues in other Aon roles in client teams and also, for the international clients, working with our Aon colleagues in other countries. What the day will look like We are looking for a Junior Account Executive for a permanent employment relationship to deal with insurance programs of Finnish subsidiaries of large international companies. Your duties include comprehensive customer relationship management, which involves handling international insurance programs for Finnish insurances and reforms together with Aon's network, advising the customer on insurance and claims related matters, and possible additional sales. You will be supported by the expert networks and expertise of the world's largest insurance brokerage operator. Main tasks will include collaborating with colleagues across Aon (other roles and functions), communicating with clients and insurers. Valuable experience is advanced Excel, (pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas) as well as experience in Power BI (creating and managing reports and dashboards).
