Aon Client Leader Enablement Manager The Aon Client Leader (ACL) Enablement Manager leads our firm’s client engagement framework for Aon Australia’s top clients. Partnering with the Chief Client Officer, you will be responsible for driving the execution of the ACL program, promoting an enterprise mindset approach to service delivery and client outcomes. Enabled by Aon’s 3x3 Plan, you will be a key enabler in accelerating Aon United by delivering global capability through locally relevant solutions. What the day will look like Overseeing the end-to-end Client Planning process including scheduling of meetings, mapping client relationships across all buying centres, mapping current engagement and opportunities, white space analysis and competitors and industry trends Ensuring all Client Plan notes & actions are recorded in Aon Connect (CRM) in a timely manner to support global reporting & KPIs In conjunction with the Chief Client Officer & Growth Operations Leader, develop strategies to support the identification of new opportunities (whitespace) for existing clients Manage the end-to-end process for Client Feedback, liaising with external and internal stakeholders to increase participation from clients. Identify common feedback trends, strategise opportunities to improve Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and provide relevant feedback to solution lines and service teams. Identify drivers of predictive jeopardy (at-risk clients) Contribute to improve accuracy in jeopardy listing and follow-up processes, reduce lost business and gain insights into jeopardy trends by country, industry and solution line. Lead the annual Aon United IQ Series, a 12-week learning & development program designed to support the development of junior-to mid-level colleagues’ understanding of Aon Capability (Aon IQ) Collaborate & build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders up to executive leadership level Build and maintain reporting on key KPIs for both local, regional and global audiences How this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title. Skills and experience that will lead to success Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities Demonstrated track record of working with stakeholders across various levels/divisions Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Motivated to work independently and be self-sufficient Extensive knowledge of Excel as a reporting tool is required (additional knowledge of Power Pivot & Power BI is desirable) An understanding of SharePoint (additional knowledge of Power Apps desirable) Demonstrable and diverse knowledge of Aon (desirable). Demonstrated ability to create polished, impactful presentations with solid experience in Microsoft PowerPoint.
