**Job Title: AOG Mechanic** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced AOG Mechanic to perform maintenance on a variety of corporate and general aviation aircraft. This is a contract-to-hire role, with the opportunity for permanent placement. The position involves a wide range of maintenance duties including inspections, testing, repair, and servicing of aircraft, following FAA-approved technical data and Certified Repair Station guidelines. **Responsibilities** + Perform AOG maintenance on corporate and general aviation aircraft. + Conduct inspections, testing, repair, and servicing of aircraft. + Adhere to FAA-approved technical data and Certified Repair Station guidelines. + Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications. + Perform maintenance shop cleanup, organization, and basic office duties. + Accurately complete all maintenance, work order, and RTS paperwork. + Communicate effectively and clearly in English. **Essential Skills** + A&P certification + Aircraft maintenance experience, particularly with corporate aircraft + 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance + Experience as an AOG Mechanic is highly preferred **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Avionics experience is highly desirable + Self-motivated individuals are encouraged to apply **Why Work Here?** Join a new service offering with room for advancement within the organization.
