This person will take on the following tasks:

·       Execute and optimize phage display campaigns for antibody discovery. ·       Perform library construction, biopanning selections, and hit validation. ·       Express, purify, and characterize antibody candidates. ·       Apply molecular biology techniques (cloning, PCR, sequencing analysis) to advance campaigns. ·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project strategy. ·       Troubleshoot protocols and contribute ideas to platform improvements. ·       Support multiple antibody development programs.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

·       BS/MS in Life Sciences (Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related). ·       Hands-on phage display experience (library work, selections, screening). ·       Antibody experience (engineering, characterization, or development). ·       Solid skills in protein expression/purification and molecular biology techniques. ·       Understanding of protein-protein interactions and antibody technologies. ·       Quick learner who adapts to new protocols and troubleshoots independently.
