The Anthropologie Visual DisplayManager will support the Anthropologie and Maeve brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art, a strong eye for design, and the ability to create visually stunning displays that enhance the customer experience. This role is perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact on the visual presentation of a high-end lifestyle brand.
Role ResponsibilitiesDisplay Campaigns: Work in collaboration w/ the Anthropologie HO Display Team to concept and create new and innovative displays that align with Maeve's brand identity and enhance the shopping experience.Product Awareness: Stay updated on the brand’s product point of view, to ensure display direction creates the right connectivity to the product. Display Execution: Execute and/or manage the execution of the Maeve displays within the stand-alone stores. Role will require some travel. Display Materials/Production: When possible, support stores with produced display elements and/or display ‘kits’ to ensure great results across all locations.Collaboration: Work closely with the merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand visual experience across all channels.Customer Experience: Concept fun and innovative ways to celebrate and enhance the Maeve display experience with customers via social, etc. Training: Train store staff on display standards and best practices. Role Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Art, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in the art or retail display field, preferably within the fashion industry.Strong creative and design skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passion for art, fashion and a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in creative design software and tools.
