Anthropologie is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Product Development Coordinator with a strong background in sweater development to support both front-end and back-end processes from concept through production. This role will serve as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, outgoing and passionate about sweaters.
Role Responsibilities Oversee all phases of sweater product development cycle - from initial design hand-off through final production stagesCollaborate with Design/Technical Design and Buying to support calendar milestonesSupport PD functions including seasonal sourcing, yarn library maintenance, archive storage and sample trackingManage timelines and troubleshoot delays or issues with vendors to support on-time development Role Qualifications 4+ years experience in production development or production, preferably with sweaters or knitwearUnderstanding of sweater construction, yarns, gauges and production processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple styles, timelines and prioritiesProficient in PLM systems, Microsoft Excel and PowerpointThe Perks
