Role SummaryAs a Senior MAA you will play a key role in maximising sales by ensuring stock is in the right place at the right time. Supporting the planning team will analysis and reporting whilst spotting new sales trends, this is a great opportunity to join our expanding team at Anthropologie Head Office.
What You'll Be Doing Running key trading reports weekly and monthly & any ad hoc analysis neededMaintaining all auto-replenishment parameters & reviewing replenishment quantities weekly to ensure stock levels are set to maximize sales across all channels and storesRolling up and presenting monthly allocations to the team Allocate all PO’s accurately in a timely mannerAccurately uploading markdowns and promotions onto the systemEnsure and demonstrate awareness of store trading patterns and the impact of under/over performance. i.e. transfers, replen, initials etc. Especially for our European & Franchise portfolioReview master PO splits to ensure the correct amount of stock is arriving into the correct channel to maximize salesBuild strong relationship with BAA’s & MAA’sBuilding a balanced range for new store packages and delivering on time Support cross divisionally where required and work with others to achieve maximum resultsLiaising with the DC and stores and providing support Familiarise yourself with division/class and style performance to be able to make informed decisions within your day to day roleWorking with peers to support planning team as a wholeVisiting stores What You'll Need Strong analytical skills - well versed knowledge of ExcelStrong attention to detailKnow how with numbersA logical approach and a flair for problem solvingAn ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentGreat communication skills
