Anthropologie Living is looking for a PD Coordinator to join our Home Textiles team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the daily operations of product development, ensuring each collection progresses smoothly from inception to final approval. Your ability to maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal partners will be key to your success.
Role Responsibilities Read, understand, and follow the department calendar. Ensure deadlines are met to actualize seasonal calendar successfully.Coordinate, assign, and schedule appropriate meetings, according to development calendar Analyze development line plans and report workflow needs Create and maintain accurate product development WIP report to ensure on time sample deliveryMonitor style creation in Tradestone and communicate style information to vendors Work proactively with vendors and agents to ensure development samples meet needs of business regarding brand aesthetic, cost and timingCommunicate issues proactivelyManage sample tracking and sample approvals seasonallyExecute and deliver on tasks and small projects as guided by managerProfessionally communicate via email and in person with cross functional partners Role Qualifications At least one year of experience in an apparel or home textiles product development roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Listens actively and asks appropriate questions to gain knowledge. Outlook, Powerpoint, and Excel Skills required. Ability to prioritize projects and multiple tasks. Manage time effectively.Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners. Exhibits a strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills. Exhibits a growth mindset; willing to learn and adapt to URBN’s processes and systems.
