Anaplan Solutions Architect
Job Description • Architect and Design Scalable Solutions: Take on ambiguous, complex business problems and design robust, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the needs of our internal and external partners. You will own the technical design from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with our long-term technical strategy and business roadmap. • Drive Technical Strategy and Roadmaps: Identify and define the projects and initiatives required to solve key business challenges. You will be responsible for creating and managing the technical roadmap for your domain, ensuring that we are making the right investments to support our growth. • Lead Cross-Functional Programs: Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from design to deployment. You will work closely with engineering, product, data, and business teams to ensure that we deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. • Provide Technical Leadership and Mentorship: As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers and architects. You will be a go-to expert for your domain, and will be responsible for raising the bar for technical excellence across the team. • Champion Operational Excellence: Design and implement solutions that are not only scalable and performant, but also highly reliable and maintainable. You will be responsible for defining and implementing best practices for operational monitoring, support, documentation and will lead business continuity efforts while driving ongoing improvements to the tools and processes owned by Core Solutions. Skills and Requirements • 8+ years of experience in a technical role, such as a Solution Architect, Software Engineer, or Technical Consultant. • Proven experience in designing and delivering large-scale, complex enterprise solutions. • Deep expertise in at least one of the following domains: CRM (Salesforce), ERP, Supply Chain, or Finance systems, Trade Promotions Management (Salesforce). • Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database design. • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and middleware. • Experience with data integration and ETL tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • CRM: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CPQ) • Financial Planning: Anaplan • Channel Data Management: E2Open • Data & Analytics: SQL, Data Modeling Tools • Integration Platforms: APIs, Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) • Collaboration: Workplace, Google Workspace • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. • Experience with other enterprise systems such as Anaplan or similar budget management and planning tools. • Experience in the consumer electronics / retail or gaming industries. • Experience working with channel sales, distributors, and resellers. • M.S. in Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
