Anaplan Model Builder
Summary of PositionThe Supply Chain Analyst/Systems Administrator is responsible for managing assigned systems including:  JDA Allocation, RPAS, EP, Relex, and Anaplan.  Creating/updating system components, variables, methods, dashboards while reviewing system accuracy and operational effectiveness. They support the Inventory Management, Financial Planning, and Assortment Planning teams with creative solutions to issues, research, training, KPIs, and productivity statistics.  This position is also responsible for daily/weekly inventory management reporting using Business Objects (Data Warehouse), Showcase Query, and Access databases. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
JDA Allocation System ManagementManages the JDA Auto Allocations Schedule to meet promotional and daily needs.Maintain allocation system by creating and updating store views, need variables and methods.Maintain allocation date filter, default WOS, like store set up, and clearing allocation errors.Remain current with Arthur allocation best practices and identify/implement improvements.Monitor/maintain the system interfaces to/from the allocation system.
Replenishment System ManagementHelp monitor system performance and provide additional support as needed.Assist with testing, data input, and ad hoc support.Assisting in validating system enhancements and tool changes that impact inventory management. Build new and edit existing dashboards to meet the changing needs of the business. Partner with and help ensure 3rd party replenishment partners are executing as expected. Maintain User Access.
Anaplan System ManagementServe as business administrator for Anaplan Assortment Planning tools.Help monitor system performance and provide additional support as needed.Assist with testing, data input, and ad hoc support.Build new and edit existing models to meet the changing needs of the business. Partner with and help ensure 3rd party partners are executing as expected. Assist in periodic reclustering support.
EP System ManagementNew user setup and departmental access.Data validation.Ensure batch jobs are run successfully.Assist with testing, data input, and ad hoc support.
RPAS System ManagementServe as business administrator for RPAS system.Help monitor system performance and provide additional support as needed.Assist with testing, data input, and ad hoc support.Assist in periodic reclustering support. Balance RPAS data against BOBJMaintain new user/hierarchy accessEnsure calendar/product hierarchies are updated with calendar rolls and hierarchy changes.
ReportingSupport the DT organization by providing ad hoc, daily and weekly reporting & analysis via data warehouse queries and tools. Key reports: Allocation exceptions/error reports, event detail reporting, corporate order book, DC available, unsplit skus, backorder reports, GT codes, store lists and sales indices, DC Event Instock reporting, Service Level reporting.
Team LeadershipAssist in training new and current team members.Participate in development and testing of system enhancements.Provide solutions to changing merchandise strategies.    Minimum Requirements/QualificationsGeneral merchandise, store, and planning experience desiredHighly proficient with Excel and Access software (high level functions including, but not limited to, macros, access forms, access reports, visual basic and/or sequel queries, etc.) Strong written and oral communication skillsJDA Allocation, Relex, Anaplan, RPAS, EP experience (1 or more years)Knowledge of Software “Best Practices”Strong analytical skillsAssociate’s degree
Desired QualificationsExperience with current retail enterprise, planning, allocation, and replenishment software, MMS and AS400 environmentBachelors degree2-3 years using allocation, assortment planning, financial planning, and replenishment applications.Other significant retail experience or operations experience such as Logistics, Merchandise Planning or Buying
