Job Summary
As an Analytics Solutions Associate in Consumer & Community Banking Privacy Governance, you will support the Privacy Governance framework by creating and updating team resources, meeting materials, and key metrics. You will gather, review, and prepare updates tied to privacy KPIs and KRIs, manage online tracking intake forms, and support privacy regulatory analysis. Working closely with stakeholders across the firm, you will provide guidance, ensure compliance, and help drive effective privacy risk management.
Job Responsibilities
Create and update team resources, meeting materials, and key metrics to support the Privacy Governance frameworkGather, review, and prepare updates for privacy KPIs, KRIs, and related metrics for monthly meetingsManage, triage, and track online tracking intake forms for adtech, non-adtech, and other tracking elementsAnalyze privacy regulations and communicate updates to firmwide privacy policies and standardsReview online tracking elements for classification and dispositionReview vendor contracts and agreements for data privacy risks in online trackingProvide guidance and consultation to lines of business on privacy regulationsDevelop and maintain working relationships with key contacts across the firmInteract with stakeholders such as Global Data Risk Management, Privacy Legal, Privacy Compliance, and LOB/SubLOB Privacy ChampionsEnsure timely escalation of key risks and issues to management and stakeholdersPresent privacy metrics, key issues, and significant legal developments to managementRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Minimum of Four years’ experience in the financial industryPrecision in analyzing data and ensuring accuracy in reports and documentationAbility to collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insightsStrong working knowledge of productivity tools such as Teams and SharePointComfortable navigating uncertainty and driving clarity and consensusEffective communication skills to present complex data insights to managers and stakeholdersAbility to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of management to gather requirements and deliver insightsStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlinesProficiency in Visio or process flow documentationPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Business acumen and understanding of the financial services industryExperience with reporting tools such as Alteryx and TableauUnderstanding of legal regulation change management (LRCM)Experience implementing privacy controlsFamiliarity with online tracking domains, consent management tools (e.g., OneTrust), adtech, cookies, and JavaScriptCollege degree preferred
