As a Analytics Solutions Associate at JP Morgan Chase within the Chase UK team, you will play a pivotal role in our finance data transformation project. You will collaborate with finance stakeholders to develop a finance data platform that supports business-critical control responsibilities and decision-making. Your work will involve using modern data tools to deliver strategic solutions and insights, contributing to our global impact.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements and BI solutions. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Google Looker and LookML. Utilize SQL to query and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Work with data engineers and modelers to develop required data models. Present complex data in visually appealing ways to aid communication. Collaborate with product managers and end users to ideate and iterate solutions. Ensure adherence to BI solutions governance processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum 3 years’ experience using business intelligence platforms. Experience in Looker and LookML. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data analytics, computer science, accounting, or finance. Experience in large-scale digital transformation projects, ideally in Finance/FinTech. Good knowledge of SQL and data modelling. Expertise in data analytics and visualization, with a strong understanding of UX/UI design. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong self-starter and highly self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Commercial acumen in retail banking products such as current accounts, credit cards, insurance, and mortgages. Passionate about innovation and problem-solving with a focus on user-centric design. Ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional agile teams.
