This 10‑month maternity cover role (through December 2026) offers a unique chance to translate complex workforce data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders. You will analyse and explain key global workforce trends that shape how we support our people—enabling strategic decisions that matter.

 

Your new role
As our new Analytics Partner, you will focus on turning people and workforce data into clear, decision‑ready insights. You will work closely with senior leaders and People, Organisation & Corporate Affairs colleagues to ensure that key people decisions are grounded in evidence rather than assumptions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Drive analytics work towards People, Organisation and Corporate Affairs CoEs Use workforce data to analyse key organisational KPIs Transform complex analyses into clear, story‑driven insights for senior leaders. Design and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards and reports that visualise key workforce trends and risks. Partner with senior stakeholders to co‑create data‑driven action plans. Measure and report the impact of agreed initiatives using clear KPIs.

Your new department
You will join the People Analytics department, a highly regarded team that owns the single source of truth for our global workforce. Our mission is to develop a comprehensive understanding of our workforce and use data‑driven insights to support leaders in making informed decisions. By analysing key trends and identifying areas for acceleration, we provide actionable recommendations that enhance employee engagement, productivity and retention – and contribute to the long‑term success of Novo Nordisk.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for an Analytics Partner who enjoys working with people data and turning complex questions into clear, practical insights that leaders can act on.

 

Must-have qualifications

A Master’s degree in a relevant field. + 5 years of experience from a similar role Proficiency working in PowerBi and DAX Comfortable working with large data sets Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into valuable recommendations for senior leaders Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities  

Nice-to-have qualifications

Experience working with people/HR or workforce analytics. Experience from a large, global organisation.
