As a Vice President Analytics Solutions Manager within the Applied Innovation of AI team, you will lead the planning, scheduling, and management of AI projects focused on Software, Cybersecurity, and Technology Infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute projects that enhance operational processes and reduce costs. In this role, you will leverage your technical understanding of software development and AI principles to drive success and innovation.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior staff, work with cutting-edge technology, and contribute to the advancement of AI across the firm.

Job responsibilities

Brainstorm solutions and delivery schedules with engineering, data scientists, and business stakeholdersReview and validate project proposals, guiding them through a well-defined intake processPlan AI projects and schedule tasks for team membersExecute each project phase, ensuring alignment with goals and timelinesManage project budgets and communicate effectively with all stakeholdersCollaborate with department heads to achieve common goalsMentor and develop junior staff within the team

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProven project management experience in building applications from conception to launchBasic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts through experience or courseworkLeadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independentlyExperience working with engineers and data scientists to build productsFamiliarity with the end-to-end software engineering development lifecycleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfidence in decision-making under tight timing and pressureDetail-oriented, curious, patient, and motivated by complex analytical problemsAbility to work both independently and in highly collaborative team environments
