Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on board! **Why you'll love this job** + This job is a member of the Integrated Operations Team within the Integrated Operations Division. + Responsible for partnering closely with Supply Chain leadership and IT to define requirements, plan, and test and implement IT based solutions across Supply Chain. A large portion of this duty will focus on IT applications such SCEPTRE, SAFE, Mobility, IBM Lotus Notes, K2, DocuSign, ADO, EMS, AEX, SharePoint, etc. **What you'll do** + Works with supply chain operational business units (Material Planning / Stores / Supplier Management / Procurement) to define requirements as it relates to IT systems and operational projects which add value to Supply Chain. + Assists the appropriate Product Manager in planning activities, identifying the functional/technical scope of solution, ensuring solution integration across all functional/process areas and coordinating communication and training planning for system implementation. + Facilitates root cause analysis for inventory application defects that impact application reliability and drive issues towards prompt resolution. + Maintains documentation of Supply Chain systems as appropriate. + Develops project roadmap, release plan, resource allocation, funding request, communication plan, risks and issues management plan, test plan, and defect management plan. **All you'll need for success** **Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + ​Bachelor's degree with or equivalent experience + 3 years of relevant work experience **Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience** + 5 years of SCEPTRE experience + 5 years of experience in Agile methods and mindset as an approach to software development + 5 years of progressive broad-based information systems and business experience + 5 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT projects using Agile or Waterfall development methodologies **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** + Knowledge of American Airlines’ procedures with a background in either Material Planning, Stores, Supplier Management and Procurement + Knowledge of American Airlines’ Supply Chain systems + Possess an understanding of Supply Chain interactions with IT solution.Advanced Agile knowledge – served as a member of the Scrum Team i.e. Product Owner (PO).
