**Analyst Senior, Quality Assurance**
Primary responsibility for the airworthiness, maintenance, administration and continual improvement of the site's Quality System in accordance with the latest aviation regulatory and policy requirements. Ensure compliance to the Bombardier Quality Management System via training. To conduct and coordinate the Internal/external Audit schedule.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct AD biweekly review from FAA & EASA website and issue review report, update the AD monitoring database, and notify Ops management for applicable AD publication.
+ Liaise with Maintenance planner, Technical Services (CRC) to deal with any concern/question from Customer regarding AD execution.
+ Conduct internal audits, monitor the progress of corrective actions & closure in QIR database system within approved timelines, retain all audit records and documentation are in complied with regulatory requirement.
+ Act as QMS/SMS focal to guide SAG team & activities.
+ Participate and coordinate in the CAAs, Customers, Fleet Management (FM) and other OEMs’ authorised service facility audit activities.
+ Maintain all the Exposition Manual, SOP and Quality/Mx Memo; and Operators’ GMM.
+ Conduct sub-contractor audit, create and maintain an approved sub-contractors list, monitor the corrective actions & closure of all audit findings within approved timelines, file all the relevant audit documentation.
+ Conduct vendor audit, build up and maintain an approved vendors list, monitor the corrective actions & closure of all audit findings within approved timelines, file all the relevant audit documentation.
+ To monitor and maintain all the latest airworthiness publications from Civil Aviation Air Authorities.
+ Build up and maintain a training records system for all the qualified staff, maintain/update the files of training records for each qualified staff.
+ Follow up on any external audit (CAAs’, Customers’ or OEMs’ audit), monitor the progress of corrective actions & closure etc. to ensure that current quality program continues to be complied with regulatory agency & customers’ requirements.
+ Facilitate any incident/accident/customers’ complaint investigation related to mx or FM program and coordinate with regulatory agency.
+ Conduct in-house non-technical training to maintain the currency of our certifying and support staff.
+ Other duties and responsibilities are assigned by management.
**Qualifications**
As our ideal candidate,
+ Minimum 5 years of MRO background in relevant job exposure, experience in managing audits, CAA exposition manuals and facilitating audits
+ Attended appropriate SMS training and process good understanding of SMS
+ Demonstrate sound and logical analytical skills in problem solving and investigation
+ Competent in Part 145 MRO Quality Management System and fundamental understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks.
+ You must hold a valid CAAS SAR-66 or CAAS recognised Part-66 AML has desirable advantage.
+ You should Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualification and relevant auditor experiences.
+ You should have knowledge of general aviation legislation (CAAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC, CASA etc.) and quality systems (ISO9001/AS9100).
+ You should have interpersonal skills necessary to establish to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
+ You should possess planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments.
