The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting a range of projects and initiatives while building relationships with internal client stakeholders. The primary focus of this role will be on activities within the US and Latin America regions.

Play a crucial role in supporting a range of projects and initiatives for the ClientDevelop and operate excel-based models to evaluate data and provide insight into portfolio data Support portfolio planning efforts through the collection and maintenance of accurate data Primary focus of this role will be activities within the US and Latin America regionIf needed, collaborate across time zones to fulfil client requests efficientlyWork with on-account team members in data gathering, validation, and research  Prepare PowerPoint presentations that articulate recommendations or explain analysis and issues Engage with platform C&W team members for best practice learnings, dissemination, and skill expansion Other activities as needed 

Knowledge & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field1 to 2 years of professional experienceFluency in English, both written and verbalAdvanced proficiency in ExcelStrong attention to detail, with a diligent and focused approach to workHighly organized, able to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectivelyExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsExceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectivelyAdaptability to manage shifting priorities and respond swiftly to changesExperience working with large datasets and deriving insightsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamExperience in Real Estate is advantageous, but not required
