How will you make an impact in this role?
As part of the Global Litigation and Investigations Team, the Legal Analyst – Team Leader will lead a team of Legal Operations Specialists and provide dedicated operations support to the Global Legal Order Processing Center of Excellence.
Job Description:
Ensure compliance with US and other global laws and regulations and applicable proceduresResponsible for managing case load of assigned colleaguesProvide effective coaching and timely feedback to assigned colleaguesDrive colleague productivity, quality and timeliness of work to meet established goals/metricsEscalate complex issues to legal advisory team for actionCollaborate with legal advisory team to identify process gaps and offer solutionsFocus on colleague quality and encourage high quality performanceEnsure legal and regulatory deadlines are met and request extensions when requiredEducate colleagues on the quality standards identified for our businessProvide guidance and support to colleagues to assure adherence to proceduresMaintain current knowledge of privacy laws and other regulatory requirements identified for our businessAssist with development and execution of colleague trainingOnboard colleaguesManage colleague communicationsConduct mid-year and year-end performance reviewsEnsure compliance with US laws and regulations and applicable proceduresProvide operational support to teams on projects as required by Counsel or other Team LeadersPreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in law, management or related subjects.At-least 3-5 years of experience in leading a team in an operations/ in-house legal environment.Strong people management skills such as coaching, communication and performance managementAble to demonstrate strong colleague centric understanding and build strong relationships with others on a global teamAble to deliver results in accordance with business goals and objectivesSense of urgency, ability to discern critical mattersWe back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
