Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze HRIS system enhancement requests and coordinate activities across all life cycle stages including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, identifying downstream integration impacts, supporting documentation, production migration, end user training and post-launch support.
- Implement HRIS systems projects to meet short & long term business needs.
- Production support for HR systems including data and other system issue identification, downstream system impact assessment, issue resolution and correcting data in target systems.
- Communicate with project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates and periodic white paper analysis.
- Train and advise business users on best practices for optimizing the use of HR systems.
- Maintain systems support resources including Job Aids, FAQ’s and Help guides.
Mandatory Skills :- Workday Talent Management expertise- Experience in UK Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Time & Absence modules- Strong knowledge of HR business processes- Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred Skills :- Experience in Workday HCM Core- Familiarity with Workday Reporting (calculated fields, custom reports)- Exposure to Workday Security and Business Process Framework Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
