Responsibilities:
Work with business and tech groups to understand, analyze impact (process/compliance risks) and remediation/fix of production issue raised as part of L2 support(BSM)Align with stakeholder groups to understand key requirements socialize the solution design with them.Apply project management discipline, and quality techniques to ensure timely delivery of key milestones as per the plan.Support change management for the end users, suppliers and all concerned business groups with positive experience.Partnering with capabilities & technology and key business groups including process owners to ensure E2E testing of the solution design.The incumbent shall be required, among other things, to maintain close contact with user community, compliance groups and provide leadership updates on key milestones, issues and risks, timely escalations, resolution of issues.Candidates will interact with GSM and Non-GSM users/partners on a regular basis regarding the specifications of the L2 support/ projects, handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current issue/ projects.Candidates will plan jobs according to their due timelines and complexities and ensure overall co-ordination of the work between various teams and departments.This role will support global markets, and work shifts according to the market/region time zone may be required.Skills Required:

Knowledge and experience of ERP applications including Ariba, Concur, Oracle App, Payments/Disbursement systems across sub-ledgerRelevant experience in L2 support, product management, leading large scale cross functional projects in a similar or comparable environmentMBA/MCA/CA with minimum 6-7 years post qualification experience or B Com /B Tech with 10-12 years post qualification experience.Good understanding and experience with the Procure-to- Pay processes.Relevant experience in L2 Support is mandatory, product management, working on large scale cross functional projects in a similar or comparable environment. Exposure to project management and systems implementation is preferred.
