About the Role:
Support capital markets transactions through financial modelling, investment analysis, and preparation of investment memorandums, NDAs, and pitch materials.
Collect, organize, and analyze data from clients, third parties, and public sources to support deal underwriting and due diligence activities.
Build and maintain Excel-based financial models (cash flow, valuation, scenario analysis) in collaboration with Managers.
Conduct market research on real estate sectors and asset classes, translating findings into clear analytical insights.
Support transaction execution processes including documentation, due diligence coordination, and internal approvals.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Around 0–1 year of experience in finance, audit, tax, valuation, consulting, or internships (Big 4 experience is a strong advantage).
Strong analytical mindset with solid Excel skills and interest in financial modelling and investments.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable handling documentation, numbers, and data-intensive work.
Strong interest in real estate, investments, and capital markets, with a proactive learning attitude.
