Your primary responsibilities will be identifying, analyzing, executing, and managing attractive risk/return investment opportunities. Key day-to-day contributions will include:Leading diligence conversations and efforts with internal teams, counterparties and external expertsPresenting in meetings including investment committee discussionsGathering data from differentiated data sources to support investment theses with an evidence-based approachPreparing critical analysis including robust financial models, quality of earnings analysis, and KPI analysisDistilling information into succinct investment committee memos / external presentationsSalary range for this position: $120,000 - $210,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The role is dedicated to Macquarie Capital Principal Finance – Private Credit. Investment opportunities span a range of private credit structures (primarily unitranche financings, as well as second lien debt, HoldCo PIK loans, and mezzanine debt or preferred equity).
