Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. **Position: Analyst** **Planning and Risk Management Department** **Key responsibilities:** **Transaction Banking** + Ensure prompt and effective resolution of client issues while delivering high standards of customer service and support for transaction banking–related matters. + Support regular product assessments in coordination with internal stakeholders at both branch and regional levels. + Partner with Corporate Banking Division/Dept CBD to promote new transaction banking solutions and secure customer transaction flows. + Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports, including customer profitability metrics and transaction volume data, for submission to TBOA. + Provide support for knowledge sharing on and staff training related to transaction banking products across the branch. + Assist in resolving issues related to GCMS+ and other cash management products. + Support the implementation of GPH, CCT, and additional products for Yangon customers, ensuring proper T24 setup and coordinating issue resolution with relevant team + Collaborate with internal department (Operations, CBD, and ASOM) to analyze transaction data and identify opportunities for improving STP (Straight-Through Processing) and external stakeholder for processes and deliver high quality services. **Operations Planning** + Organize and prepare materials for monthly Operations Control Committee meetings. + Prepare monthly OIM reports, including FTE analysis and transaction volume reviews and submit findings to relevant department (GOPD). + Manage the submission of CORE reports for operational incidents and participate in designing action plans to mitigate future risks. + Analyze key operational metrics (transaction volumes, operational incidents, cancellations, back‑value transactions, profit and loss impacts, pending items, and end‑of‑day processing times; assess performance trends and propose responsive measures). + Collaborating with senior staff in managing projects related to on process improvement and operational enhancement + Contribute to the establishment of a branch‑wide operational processing framework, addressing issues that impact overall branch efficiency and performance. **Requirements** + Minimum 3-5 years of experience in transaction banking focusing on trade finance or cash management products + Technical knowledge of core banking systems such as T24, GCMS+, GPH/CCT + Knowledge of SWIFT, ISO 20022, local clearing systems, and payment file formats (MT, pain.001/pacs.008). + High level proficiency in Microsoft office + Advance excel skills with hand-on experience in Power BI for data visualization and reporting + Strong data analysis skills with the ability to present insights. + Good understanding of STP concepts and failure modes (file format issues, validation rules, cut-off times, exception handling, repair queues). + Proficiency in English four skills + Strong interpersonal skills for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
