Are you a highly motivated property professional with a passion for data, market insights, and high-profile transactions? Cushman & Wakefield’s Investment Sales team in Melbourne is growing - and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Analyst to join us.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders. You’ll play a key role in supporting major property sales and driving market intelligence that fuels strategic decision-making and client success.

Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

Gather and analyze property sales data locally and nationally to identify market trends and opportunities.

Support end-to-end marketing processes by developing detailed property reports and compelling pitch documents.

Build and manage property databases, client records, and sales pipelines using internal platforms.

Conduct cash flow modelling at the property level and contribute to campaign due diligence responses.

Collaborate with brokers, marketing, valuation, and research teams to deliver exceptional service and campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in property, business, finance or economics.

Previous experience in an Analyst, Assistant Valuer, or Valuer role preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of commercial property value drivers and basic financial modelling.

Confident communicator with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
