Your Tasks:

Creation of market and location analyses

Participation in the valuation of property portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) for national and international clients

Involvement in organizing and conducting nationwide property viewings, followed by the preparation of results

Maintenance of information databases and regular support in the creation of pitch presentations and offers

Assistance in the preparation of valuation reports in both German and English

Active, regular communication with team members as well as cross-departmental communication

Support in the acquisition of new assignments

Regular exchange with clients

Your Profile:

Interest in the real estate industry

A successfully completed degree in geography, architecture, business administration/real estate management, or a comparable field of study

Enthusiasm for working with Excel and a strong affinity for numbers and financial mathematics

Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English language skills are desirable

Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Independent and structured work approach

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
