Role Overview:
The Change Manager Business Analyst role will use ITIL methodologies to review, analyze, evaluate, and participate in all Change processes necessary to achieve required goals. Core ITSM processes are matured and designed specifically to support our environment. The qualified candidate will be asked to maintain existing practices while using their education and experience to enhance processes as opportunities exist. This individual will establish themselves as a strong team member that can quickly adapt to their surroundings, adhere to our highly collaborative team dynamics, and follow/grow the existing process.


Role Specific Responsibilities:

Maintain and enforce the existing Change Management processes and procedures based on industry best practicesContinued Service Improvement - Identify process improvements and execute improvement action plansHost CAB activities as chair lead including auxiliary CAB events (Technical and Security CABs)Review change requests to ensure compliance, prioritization, and schedulingProvide guidance on the Change Management process to all key stakeholders and assist in their training and knowledge developmentParticipate in annual compliance auditsProvide metrics and KPI reports related to change status, scheduling, and successPartner with offshore counterparts to ensure processes and procedures are followed globallyPerform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.Participate in the Major Incident (Crisis) Management on call rotation

Skills & Experiences:

Strong team collaboration – both local and offshore5+ recent years of demonstrable experience with Change Management ITIL processes, preferably within retail industryWell-rounded experience with ITIL methodologies at various levels of maturityClear understanding of ITIL’s best practice for Change Management as well as other core area (Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Request)Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to transfer information easily to team members, stakeholders, and senior leadershipWorking knowledge of the Remedy ITSM Platform or other similar ITSM toolBroad understanding of IT concepts, development practices, and architecturesITIL Foundation Certificate or higherCI/CD, DevOps, Agile experience a plus
