**Our client, a leading healthcare and medical technology organization, is seeking a Workforce Management and Real-Time Operations Support Analyst to join their Collection Finance Operations team.** **As a Workforce Management and Real-Time Operations Support Analyst, you will be part of the Workforce Management organization supporting Customer Care, Quality Assurance, Training, Information Technology, and Operational Leadership teams.** The ideal candidate will have **strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication abilities** , which will align successfully within this fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. **Job Title:** Workforce Management and Real-Time Operations Support Analyst – Collections **Location:** San Antonio, Texas (Farinon Drive) **Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM **Pay Range:** $25 per hour **What’s the Job?** + Monitor intraday contact volume and workflows to ensure customer care and collections service level goals are achieved across all platforms. + Develop and maintain dynamic schedules and forecasts using historical data, operational trends, and business drivers. + Create, analyze, and deliver daily operational reports and dashboards supporting Workforce Management, Quality Assurance, Training, and leadership decision-making. + Optimize staffing allocation to improve efficiency, productivity, and key performance indicators. + Partner with call center leadership to adjust daily workflows and develop contingency plans to mitigate real-time staffing shortages or workload fluctuations. **What’s Needed?** + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Real-Time Operations, or operational support within a contact center or collections environment. + Strong understanding of collections processes, including customer interaction and payment processing. + Demonstrated analytical ability with experience forecasting workloads, identifying trends, and interpreting operational data. + Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. + Bachelor’s degree preferred. **What’s in It for Me?** + Competitive hourly pay with a stable Monday through Friday daytime schedule. + Opportunity to support critical business operations in a highly visible role. + Hands‑on exposure to workforce planning, performance optimization, and operational improvement initiatives. + Collaborative work environment partnering with Workforce Management, Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, and Information Technology teams. + Professional growth within an analytical, data‑driven operations organization.
