About the Role:

Work directly with the Operations team of the Data Centre Group on a strategic project to develop a comprehensive business playbook for Asia Pacific.    Conduct deep-dive research and analysis of different service lines, key offerings, business processes, and operational workflows.                             Identify business challenges and pain points by engaging with stakeholders across multiple teams and functions.           Collaborate with support functions (HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to integrate insights into the playbook.                 Support the design and development of the playbook, ensuring it serves as a one-stop reference guide for the data centre business. Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials to share findings and recommendations with senior stakeholders.

About You:

Strong business acumen with a keen interest in strategy and operations.               Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly.                  Collaborative mindset with eagerness to engage stakeholders across different teams.Highly driven, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); exposure to data analysis or visualization tools is an advantage.
