Job Description

As the IT Analyst, you will be the onsite technical support expert providing best‑in‑class IT services for USH Theme Parks. You will deliver desktop support and enterprise systems support across multiple business units, attractions, and park locations. You will be responsible for providing critical, time‑sensitive support to operational areas that require immediate assistance based on the nature of theme park operations (Attractions, Park Operations, Entertainment, Retail, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Corporate Offices, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Demonstrate a strong customer service attitude and professional demeanor while providing support through the TechBar: a walk‑up request, incident, and break‑fix support counterPerform break‑fix and end‑user desktop support across multiple park and office locations, and provide second‑level support for software, hardware, and infrastructure‑related issuesTravel to remote or off‑site locations as scheduled or as required to support park and business operations.Provide technical assistance and guidance to business partners, collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver the best solutions for operational needsConfigure, install, monitor, and maintain client workstation hardware and software; support a mobile and operational workforceProvide on‑the‑spot training and guidance to end users on system usage and technology toolsConsult with customers and make recommendations on hardware and software solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to established IT standardsPartner with internal IT teams to represent client technical needs for project planning, implementations, and standards developmentWork closely with operational technology teams to support critical park systems and assist with the implementation of new technologies in live, guest‑facing environmentsServe as first‑line support for critical operational workspaces, including attraction control areas, entertainment venues, operations centers, and guest service locationsMust be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required to support park operations, special events, and peak guest periods

QualificationsUndergraduate degree in a computer science, IT, IS, systems engineering or related field, and/or equivalent work experienceMinimum five (5) years/IS&T Desktop and PC Support experience working in a large corporate environmentMust be available on-call for weekends and 24/7 as necessaryExperience with current technology includes: WIN10, Apple OSX desktop platformsVirtualized workstation and cloud workspace technologiesOffice 365 for both MAC and PCCollaboration tools technologiesDesktop and Laptop security encryption for Mac and PCActive Directory ManagementService Now or Ticketing Software experienceBasic Networking experienceServers and Storage as it pertains to desktop supportMobile device support and management software experienceAV \ Video Conference support experienceAbility to work within established standards and guidelinesOutstanding analytical/troubleshooting skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skills, such as persistent, client-oriented, results-oriented and accountableEfficient communicator at all levels of organizationAble to analyze user-reported issues and provide solutions using the most appropriate tools and processes quickly and effectivelyAbility to work in a mission-critical environmentSelf-driven engagement with excellent follow-through skillsMust be able to lift up to 35 pounds

Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.

Salary range: $62,000 - $75,000
