Job Description Summary

The Asset Services Product Technology team of Cushman & Wakefield is looking for a detail- oriented, conscientious team player that can work with a diverse set of service lines and colleagues to provide technical support and aid the business in the use and adoption of core platforms/ tools.

This person will provide support to existing users, as well as support the efforts to onboard the business into C&W Technology - engaging in business process/ tool mapping, data best practices, reporting, and general technical support. This individual is willing to work flexible hours to work with Global colleagues and teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide first line of support for business users who need technical assistance by triaging the Business Support queue(s).  Review issues and provide a solution or escalate to the appropriate Level Two technical support team.  Act as a go-to resource for users to answer questions on how to effectively use the platform. Receive and triage data requests, facilitating use of templates and best practices within the business and ensuring that data requests meet TDS standards before handing off to Engage data team for execution.Building/modifying reports and dashboards and troubleshooting issues with users. Follow established processes documentation and assist with updating it as neededWork closely with C&W Salesforce team and Asset Services team to increase Salesforce platform usability and add business value.  Act as a trusted advisor to the business users to ensure their success using Salesforce technology.Stay up to date on industry/ service line trends as well as Salesforce capabilities and roadmap.Work very closely to support any CRM related initiatives around delivery, training, adoption, testing and BAU support.Update support documentation and procedures to ensure that best practices are being used and improved for optimum Customer Support for Salesforce platform users. Support onboarding of new users, confirming licenses are set up correctly (with the correct approvals), aligning their data and processes to our platform and leading adoption of Salesforce best practices.Work closely with Regional Leads and Test leads to support delivery of regional end-to-end UAT readiness and execution for BAU releases and Strategic programs.Participate in Salesforce team meetings, projects and initiatives representing both the best interest of the business and the platform. Assist and provide support in Asset Services best practices and operations.Assist and provide support in Strategic Program Work as needed.Follow established best practices standards for customer instruction, adoption and solutioning.Willing to work flexible hours in support of Global team.

Skills Required:

2+ years of related work experience4-year College Degree, or comparable work experienceAbility to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environmentDetail oriented and proficient at tracking tasks and documentationAdept at constructive problem solving and critical thinkingAble to quickly learn technology and business processesIdeally knowledgeable about Salesforce and/or CRE businessStrong communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate conflict and foster honest dialogAbility to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business conceptsProfessional, engaging attitude with a flexible nature and willingness to problem-solveAbility to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while ensuring all customer groups receive timely attention; strong time management skills

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $70,805.00 - $83,300.00
