We are currently seeking a full time BMC Remedy Developer. This resource needs to work effectively in a team environment and under minimal supervision to support the implementation of BMC Remedy ITSM, CMDB, SmartIT, SmartReporting, BWF, and DWP. This effort will include deployment of the out of the box applications with simple to complex modifications and integrations.

Responsibilities:

Participate in requirements analysis with business users to ascertain needed functionalityAssist in functional design with the application team to determine the best approach for implementing customer requirementsDevelop customizations, configurations, integrations according to designDesign and assist with leveled testing (unit, regression, smoke, user) of application customizations and integrationsUtilize industry accepted project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices throughout the project life cycle
