Job Title: Analyst, Real Time Management Job Description The Real Time Analyst is a key member of the workforce team supporting delivery management, client reporting and problem resolution. This person will work closely with the operations team to ensure integrity of the data systems. This person will utilize monitoring of systems to ensure appropriate staffing levels and agent availability to meet client expectations and Concentrix's scheduling standards. This role will support in the management of intraday processes to enable operations to achieve SLA and maximizing efficiencies across all lines of businesses. Essential responsibilities: + Responsible for preparing daily, weekly and monthly client/internal reports. + Preparation of weekly performance / KPI reports and maintaining performance dashboards + Preparing ad-hoc reports & analysis for management reporting and needs + Assisting in automating reports by designing macros + Preparing Monthly performance data for incentives for Operations + Data extract and data upload from the client system to the CNX side + Capacity planning and Scheduling for process + Maintaining and updating trackers for ongoing programs & projects + Optimize use of tools/technology & to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization + Supporting key strategic projects involving Data mining & Analytics + Highlight data abnormalities that one may spot in the dataset before hand + Resolve escalated issues and requests from the account management Desired Skills : + Process documentation & development + Project management + Team player with willingness to learn and drive to achieve + Minimum 2 years experience within a similar role + Experience within the BPO industry is preferred + Advanced proficiency in MS Excel + Skill to automate reports - preferred + Ability to handle pressure situations + Ability to spot, correct and highlight errors. + Ability to simplify complex operations into repeatable processes + Ready to work in dynamic 24*7 + This is an onsite role based at our Mississauga Ontario site The base salary range for this position is $60k- $65k, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
