Analyst, Product Surveillance
**Our Medical Device client is looking for an Analyst, Product Surveillance** **Role: Analyst, Product Surveillance** **Location: 5050 Nathan Lane North Plymouth MN 55442 United States** **Duration: 12+ months** **Rate: $25/hr on W2** **Skills:** Related experience in post market surveillance in a Medical Device or Pharmaceutical Industry preferred. Education: Four-year degree, preferably in the healthcare or science fields; or 2-year degree and relevant experience supporting complaint handling investigations, medical device reporting, or product analysis. Degreed applicants without medical, scientific, or complaint handling experience may be considered if they possess the strengths suitable for this position. **Duties:** + Apply quality principles, analyzes quality records, prepares reports and enters them into the complaint handling system. + Conduct inspection, verification and validation of components or materials used in development processes. + Identify and address recurring problems either with the quality of the product or the reliability of testing procedures. + Lab position on the complaint handling in EP division + Working with biohazardous material on returned devices – PPE equipment to be worn during this time + 40% in lab and 60% desk + Hepatitis B screening to be completed + Write up reports summarizing findings + SAP, Winchell, EPIQ (complaints handling), MS Office + Hard worker, professional/mature, someone willing to learn (considered entry level), written and verbal communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, positive attitude + Experience in this type of role is nice to have, but not required + 4-year bachelor’s degree required – science degrees with clinical experience helpful.
