**3 days onsite and 2 days remote-located in CHICAGO, IL (Mt. PROSPECT)**
**Position Summary:**
The Sr. Analyst Process provides analytical expertise to improve business operations within a given timeframe or deadline. Oversees a team of analysts and proposes solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance. Leverages analytics and reporting to inform the decision-making process.
**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Own and enhance Service Operation Power BI dashboards and; ensure they meet evolving stakeholder needs and accurately reflect operational metrics
+ Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across reporting tools and systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all reporting outputs
+ Lead and coordinate more complex, cross-functional analysis and project work, using structured project management approaches to identify root causes and resolutions
+ Maintain reports and respond to ad hoc data requests to support operational and executive decision-making
+ Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement based on data trends and operational feedback
+ Maintain report access requests across business unit
+ Documents comprehensive business processes, process maps, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.
+ Edits educational materials to ensure that information is up-to-date for training purposes
+ Support special initiatives and perform additional analysis or reporting tasks as needed
+ Other duties, as assigned
**What are we looking for?**
+ Experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
+ Demonstrated proficiency with Power BI
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
+ Solid background in project management, ideally with experience leading analytical or systems-related initiatives
+ Communicate effectively in a manner that is clear, logical, and consistent both verbally and written
+ Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
+ Self-starter, able to drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders from beginning to end
+ Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging problem solving
+ Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
+ Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
+ Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care
+ Proficient in Power BI, Excel (Pivot tables), and PowerPoint
**Highly preferred skills:**
+ SQL
+ SAP
+ Tableau
+ Experience with Macros
**Education Requirement:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (High school degree and 4 years work experience)

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
