The Pricing Analyst is responsible for implementation of the pricing strategy and associated best practices regarding price management for Employer Services, Onsite Services, and other business lines as required. This role collaborates with several different functions to ensure pricing standards remain consistent throughout the organization.

Responsibilities  Perform Cost-Price-Margin analytics to align pricing strategies with budget expectations and compare pricing strategy to actual resultsEnter pricing-related data (approved price changes, discounts, etc.) into various internal systemsMaintain data integrity in the systems that drive price setting for individual customer and payerDevelop various pricing models that estimate the expected benefit of go-forward pricing decisions on an ad hoc basisMonitor and analyze benchmark data received from company sales personnel, customers, and vendors to create consistent market pricing. Suggest changes to individual prices, price strategies, and the pricing planProduce pricing models for Onsite and other business lines in response to Request for Proposal.Working with their Manager, develop pricing elasticity analytics that support resetting prices to drive volume and improve bottom line flow through.Other duties as assigned Qualifications  Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Major: Accounting or Finance Degree must be from an accredited college or university. In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and vice versa.Customarily has at least six months or more years of experience solving complex problems using Microsoft Excel or other similar programsBusiness Analytics education and / or experience preferredB2B pricing experience preferred, but not requiredConcentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and FlexibilityAbility to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutionsOutstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalismThe ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies Additional Data
