Our innovative teams are continually developing and delivering products that transform the customer experience. **About the Role:** A Tier 1 IT Analyst provides entry‑level technical support and assists in the maintenance, monitoring, and improvement of IT systems and services. This role serves as a first point of contact for end users, resolving routine technical issues, escalating more complex problems, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the IT environment.
