The ServiceNow ITSM Developer will provide technical development understanding of the ServiceNow ITOM space.  Provide insight for developing solutions for the maintenance and continuation of ITOM processes. This position requires working with ServiceNow Teams to determine technical business requirements, developing solutions, testing, and deploying product enhancements that are both configurable to the out of the box product and customized. Candidate will interact with internal technical and non-technical teams and must have outstanding technical capabilities in ServiceNow ITOM space, specifically Discovery and Service Mapping.  Candidate should have an understanding of Hardware Asset Management.
