Job DescriptionRole Summary:
The Human Resources Operations Analyst will have the responsibility for assisting with the administration and implementation of various Talent Management Solutions including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Background Checks, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Learning Management Systems. The Analyst will be expected to juggle multiple responsibilities and assist with project management activities while providing support across all businesses and divisions at NBCUniversal.

Bachelor’s degree1+ years experience working with HR Cloud Software solutions (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Workday, Cornerstone, ADP, etc..) at a user or system administrator levelIntermediate to Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for the purposes of data analysis or for designing or formatting training documents and reference materialsFamiliarity with system testing and change managementMust be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload in a high-volume environmentMust have a high level of efficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to detailAdditional Requirements:
