Job Description Summary

The Real Estate Finance Analyst supports the Capital Markets team in the execution of hospitality-related transactions across the CEE and SEE regions. This role focuses on the financial analysis, underwriting, and preparation of marketing materials for the sale, acquisition, or refinancing of hotel assets. The analyst will work closely with senior team members to deliver high-quality advisory services to institutional investors, developers, and hotel operators.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 1) Financial Analysis & Underwriting

Build and maintain complex cash flow models for hotel assets using historical performance, market trends, and operational benchmarks.

Conduct sensitivity analyses, scenario testing, and valuation modeling (DCF, Cap Rate, Comparable Sales, etc.).

Analyze and interpret financial statements, STR reports, and KPIs to assess asset performance.

 2) Market Research & Benchmarking

Collect and analyze market data on hotel performance, transactions, and pipeline developments across CEE & SEE.

Monitor trends in the hospitality and capital markets sectors to inform underwriting assumptions.

 3) Transaction Support

Assist in the preparation of pitch books, investor teasers, and information memoranda for the marketing of hospitality assets.

Coordinate with due diligence teams, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transaction execution.

Support the creation of deal timelines and track key milestones.

 4) Reporting & Internal Coordination

Maintain databases of hotel transactions, market performance, and investor activity.

Prepare internal reports and presentations for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, hospitality consulting, or corporate finance (internships included).

Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Argus or other valuation tools is a plus.

Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Proficiency in English; additional CEE/SEE languages a plus.

Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.
