You will experience growth, a positive and high-energy culture, a competitive total compensation, and an opportunity to work alongside some of the best and brightest in the industry. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and perform financial analysis, due diligence, credit underwriting & modelling, corporate & asset valuation, CMHC applications, market research and additional analysis as required + Evaluate, structure and prepare real estate financing opportunities, and compile and draft loan summaries and related marketing materials + Review third party reports, property income statements, rent rolls, leases, financial statements, loan documents, purchase & sale agreements and other related items + Assist in the management and coordination of transactions from start to closing, including but not limited to underwriting, CIM drafting, review of term sheet and commitment documentation, preparation of closing documents, ongoing communication with borrowers, lenders and third party representatives + Study, forecast and investigate ongoing trends in the real estate and commercial mortgage industry + Support internal operations, including database management and report drafting + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values + Work with a high level of motivation and demonstrated work ethic, within an institutional, fast-paced environment to achieve objectives and meet deadlines in a timely manner + Other duties as required **What You'll Need** + Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience); CFA or MBA is considered an asset + Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience, particularly within corporate banking, commercial real estate lending, finance, investment banking, or related + Proven experience in real estate credit underwriting including both construction and term financing. Exceptional financial analysis and underwriting skill-set + Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook).
