The successful applicant will assist with various security related tasks aimed at ensuring the safety of our colleagues and maintaining compliance standards. **Key Responsibilities:** **.** **Project Management for specified projects/business lines: Retail, Non-Retail, Supply Chain** **Oversee project submissions - Review data and ensure all pertinent information has been entered.** **Record and track projects into Smartsheet Project Tracker.** **Follow up with emails/calls with integrator and/or Security Ops Managers (SOMs) as needed to get clarity about a project to ensure all parties have what is needed for project to continue momentum** **Keep track of Requisitions, Proposals, Change Orders for each project** **Host weekly calls with integrator and stakeholders to obtain updates to ensure projects do not go dormant.** **Communicate with IT and Networking for any related network information for security devices.** **Have a working knowledge of security technology: CCTV, IP cameras, IP Intercoms, Badge Readers, Access Control systems, Video Management Systems and more.** **Qualifications:** **Applicant needs to be well organized, have good time management and be able to host meetings and provide direction as needed for projects.** **Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Word).** **Willingness to learn new application systems, including:** **OnGuard Lenel Access Control** **Genetec Video Management** **ClickIt Video Management** **Smartsheet** **Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager to support the overall objectives of the Technical Security Project Team.** **Anticipated Weekly Hours** 40 **Time Type** Full time **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
