Position Purpose:
The Analyst – Contingent Labor provides customer centric support to The Home Depot’s Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO). This position is responsible for resolving internal and external customer issues effectively and urgently throughout the contractor life cycle while communicating ongoing issues through the appropriate escalation process and providing timely feedback and responses to end users. Assists in end user training, concerns and troubleshoots process and technology issues.
Key Responsibilities:
50% Customer Support - Thinks creatively and uses system and policy expertise to resolve internal and external customer issues of varying complexity25% Project - Works to improve overall process and technology by recommending improvements to the Manager – Contingent Labor and Sr. Analyst – Contingent Labor. Manages and prioritizes special projects when necessary, including the creation and execution of project plans.25% Technical - Exercises discretion and independent judgment to resolve technical issues and assist with training of new end users (e.g., Hiring Managers and Suppliers). Provide insights to internal and external customers through analyzing data from Vendor Management System.Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
