Job Description

Act as a Subject Matter Expert on front office key controls, product due diligence, product risk rating, best execution, investment suitability, cross border rules, and other control reviewsPerform reviews and assessment on the effectiveness and adequacy of the controlsEscalate non-compliance findings to stakeholders and follow up on remediation to ensure proper closure, before issuing management reportsIdentifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; developing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues and providing general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.Assess feasibility and implementation implications for new controls, processes and productsMaintain updated business risk management procedures and processes, as well as promoting risk culture by providing advisory and training to Front Office on key controlsSupport business in both internal and regulatory audits and other initiatives
