Job Description

The Analyst, Business Development, supports the Manager, Analytics, in maintaining all network location data and leveraging that data to provide actionable insights and drive performance across all areas of the Business Development organization.

Essential Functions

Maintain the integrity of location data by performing on-time data updates, build new development sites, and create main lines of business, as the master data steward of location dataLead a cross-functional group of department data stewards (Facility Revenue, Deli, Retail, Shops, QSR, Environmental)Record and track Network Portfolio events through a proper stage-gate processProvide regular stage-gate event updates to track activity and deliverablesAssist in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of various datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business development initiatives.Support the development and maintenance of analytical models, dashboards, and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide a clear view of business health and opportunities.Help prepare analytical insights to support strategic planning and decision-making for the Manager, Analytics and other departmental leaders.Assist in translating complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable information for stakeholders.Support the development of comprehensive business plans and growth roadmaps by providing data-driven analysis.Adhere to best practices for data governance, quality, and analytical methodologies within the Business Development organization

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience in data analysis or business intelligence.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent organizational skills.

Specialized Knowledge

Knowledge of business development concepts, including sales, marketing, operations, and financial performance metricsAbility to translate data sets and trends into actionable insightsFamiliarity with programs Tableau and Salesforce preferredIntermediate Microsoft Office preferred
