Position Summary
As a System Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, you'll be responsible for taking care of multiple systems for Analysis Engineering by managing and installing servers, scripts, applications and web pages. This role requires good coding background in order to be able to support multiple utilities, scripts, and programs that are used in the day to day operations of the Analysis Engineering team.You'll also be responsible for installing and managing the various servers and automation hardware used in the AE lab. We are looking for a candidate with good communication and strong teamwork skills.
Role and Responsibilities
Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Manage several servers, systems, web pages and scripts used by Analysis Engineering.
Automate Analysis Engineering processes and requests.
Maintain and improve current systems.
Update scripts and processes where applicable when new devices or processes are introduced.
Create new processes, utilities, or solutions that help with day to day operations or requests.
Work days and shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.
Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or closely related discipline.
Ability to interpret and modify code on various platforms including but not limited to: Python, C#, HTML.
Database and SQL knowledge.
The current base salary range for this role is between $70,480 - $179,090. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor require you to be onsite.
