Support Analyst 7×24 (Monitoring)

We are seeking a Support Analyst 7×24 (Monitoring) to supervise system performance, detect incidents early, and ensure service continuity for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, follow established procedures, and contribute to maintaining a resilient and highly available environment.
What you’ll doProactively monitor systems, applications, and services to detect performance issues or outages before they impact users.
Use monitoring tools to track availability, health, and key performance indicators.
Perform initial analysis and root-cause identification for alerts and incidents.
Escalate incidents according to established procedures and ensure clear communication throughout the process.
Document events, actions taken, and outcomes within the ITSM tool.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous service improvement.
Provide 24×7 operational support following shift schedules.
Contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and highly available environment.
What we need to see from you
A professional with a Technical or Technologist degree in Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related fields, and approximately one year of experience as an Operations and Monitoring Analyst for on-premises platforms and Office365 services. Skilled in monitoring and supervising tools, experienced with ITSM platforms, and committed to SLA compliance. Demonstrates strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a focus on service continuity, with availability to provide hybrid 24/7 support according to operational needs.
