Works with team to create standard and custom reports for the Sales organization. Works with Sales operations team on applicable tools and business processes to improve operational efficiency. Works with Sales Operations team on conducting less complex sales analysis work.


Responsibilities:
Works to ensure regional sales issues are resolved, collaborating with peers and working with IT function on applicable systems changesWorks with team to provide business and tools support to Sales and other functionsSupport sales staff and other departments and supports systemsUpdates knowledge base's and standard operating procedures as neededWorks on assigned change requests from creation to closureProvide communication on system changes to the end user teamsParticipates and assists team with project testing as neededWorks with updating of reports and dashboards as neededWork with key support teams to help resolve or escalate issuesWorks with team to support Sales Support Analysis activityProvide support to "The Source" team with Source license or read only requestsProvide IT support with tasks assigned for On-boarding/off-boarding access to Salesforce, escalate unresolved cases, any IT changes requested are processed in a timely manner and the right communication is providedUses discretion and judgment on less complex assignments to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization of time
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent vocational experienceLess than 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or applicable roleMust be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

Analytic oriented skillsDetail oriented and able to work in fast-paced environmentAbility to manage tasks in a time conscious manner to achieve goalsSolid written and oral communication skillsExperience with Microsoft Excel and databases
