Make It Matter.** You will execute communications activities including publishing, measurement coordination and other operational activities across internal and/or external channels. **How you will contribute** In this role, you will execute media relations, government affairs, internal communications and community engagement activities across markets. You will monitor and measure communication channels and/or advocacy activity, including but not limited to traditional media, social media, media hotlines, lobbying audit and more. E, para isso, temos um Comitê de Diversidade que atua em quatro frentes, Pessoas com deficiência (PCD), Étnico-Racial, Mulheres e LGBTQIAP+, além de fazer parte do MOVER - Movimento pela Equidade Racial **Detalhes sobre esta função** **Principais responsabilidades:** + Contribuir na preparação de análises, relatórios e recomendações de impacto regulatório e legislativo, avaliando riscos, probabilidades e oportunidades + Mapear e acompanhar stakeholders estratégicos nas esferas políticas e privadas + Participar de reuniões externas, grupos de trabalho, audiências e fóruns, com papel ativo de escuta, registro, análise e consolidação de informações (atas, resumos executivos e reports). + Apoiar a preparação de documentos institucionais, briefings, posicionamentos e materiais técnicos, garantindo clareza, neutralidade e alinhamento corporativo. + Atuar em interface constante com áreas internas, apoiando avaliações de impacto e alinhamento de posicionamento. + Apoiar a atuação da companhia junto a associações setoriais, incluindo organização de agendas, preparação de materiais e acompanhamento de discussões. + Atualizar matrizes de risco, controles, planilhas e sistemas de acompanhamento da área. + Executar atividades administrativas e operacionais da área (ex.: abertura de POs, gestão de contratos, organização de agendas e logística), em um contexto de time altamente colaborativo. **Buscamos alguém que:** + Atue com postura madura, ética e responsável.Saiba lidar com informações estratégicas e confidenciais. + Consiga transitar com confiança entre diferentes níveis hierárquicos internos e externos. + Tenha escuta ativa, boa capacidade de síntese e excelente interpretação de textos. + Capacidade analítica + Organização e disciplina + Comunicação clara e objetiva (escrita e oral) + Colaboração e espírito de serviço às áreas de negócio **Educação / Certificações:** Graduação em Administração, Economia, Direito, Relações Internacionais, Comunicação, Ciência Política ou áreas correlatas. **Experiência desejada:** Experiência com análise de temas regulatórios, institucionais ou políticos é desejável.
